Terms of Service
1. Scope
These Terms set forth the conditions for using the Biggr App (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services Provided
The App provides features for recording, viewing, and analyzing training logs. The content and features may change without notice.
3. Data Handling
Training logs, favorites, and settings are stored on your device. When iCloud sync is available, they are also stored in Apple iCloud (CloudKit). Using iCloud requires signing in with an Apple ID and enabling iCloud. If iCloud is unavailable, data is stored only on the device and may be lost if the app is deleted or the device is changed. Sync may be delayed or fail due to network conditions or Apple service availability.
4. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not engage in the following:
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Acts that interfere with operation of the App
- Unauthorized access or other improper activities
- Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the operator
5. Disclaimer
The operator is not liable for any damages arising from use of the App. The App’s content and availability are provided without warranties of completeness, accuracy, or usefulness.
6. Changes to These Terms
The operator may revise these Terms as necessary. Updated terms will be announced within the App or on a related page.
